Parent Portal

Information Required to Enroll in Fairfield ISD

Fairfield ISD Policy requires that students attending school reside within the boundaries of Fairfield ISD (unless they have applied and been accepted as a transfer student).  Any questions regarding district residency should be confirmed by calling Freestone Central Appraisal District at 903-389-5510.

  1. Copy of student's birth certificate and Social Security Card

  2. Copy of student's immunization records (We are unable to enroll students not meeting immunization criteria.)

  3. State required Identification for Parent enrolling the student (Driver's License, Military ID)

  4. Copy of current utility bill or other document tied to residency.

 

Other questions regarding admission or enrollment should be directed to the campus that your child will be attending.

Online registration is now open. A parent must have a parent portal account and the account must have a verified email to access the registration forms.
