Bond 2025 Project Timeline

Fairfield ISD is working closely with Claycomb Associates to keep Bond 2025 projects on track and moving forward. The following timeline reflects current targets and may adjust slightly as design and construction progress.

New Fairfield High School

• Design Development: Complete by November 2025

• Construction Drawings: November 2025 – May 2026

• Bidding & Permitting: May – June 2026

• Construction: July 2026 – July 2028

Fairfield Elementary School Improvements

•  Construction Drawings: September 2025 – December 2025

• Bidding & Permitting: December 2025 – January 2026

• Construction: February 2026 – July 2026

These dates serve as planning targets and may shift slightly as design development and permitting phases are finalized.
